Can Superheroes Exist in Real Life? [光武帝劉秀(Emperor Guangwu)]

By the way, I think I will begin this book on a somewhat unexpected topic. A question for readers; what kind of people are superheroes portrayed as in movies and cartoons?
(1)At first heroes do not appear strong. (2)Heroes are usually friendly people, someone the people around care about, someone no one at all is afraid of, (3)someone who is surprisingly little thought of. (4)Except when some event happens the hero suddenly shows his true power and defeats the enemies.
(5)At first glance heroes do not appear strong, but if you look carefully, you notice heroes are good-looking, which they must be. This happens naturally because good-looking actors play heroes. Of course heroes must look very cool when fighting, so much that the children watching will want to imitate them.
Heroes must also be young. Heroes cannot be middle aged or senior citizens. (6)It is best for heroes to be in their twenties.
Not only their appearance, but their words as well have to be cool. (7)Heroes must leave many decisive phrases to be passed on to future generations.
Heroes must be strong because they do have to defeat their enemies. (8)Heroes always help the weak against the strong. (9)Invincible heroes are those whose fighting power is worlds above a normal person's.
Heroes must not fight day in and day out or like fighting. (10)Heroes must not be aggressive. When others are struggling heroes appear to save them and defeat the enemy. (11)Heroes fight by themselves when they fight to end the battle with their most formidable enemy. It is heroes who save the day at critical moments.
Occasionally heroes struggle with their strongest enemy, (12)but at those times heroes must overcome it saying a joke or two. Heroes are not allowed to complain in a battle.
(13)However, it is destiny that makes heroes have to fight. (14)Why, is because heroes are special fighters from another world. Heroes must live with the life of battles since it is their inescapable fate.
However heroes must only be strong when fighting. (15)Instead heroes must be particularly weak against/soft on women and children in his daily life.
(16)Naturally heroes must have a young, beautiful heroine whom everybody envies. (17)A heroine is a kind- and strong-hearted woman that sometimes opposes the hero and has him wrapped around her finger. Good heroes are a little woeful when it comes to relationships. (18)Heroes must be in love with their heroine all their life but not be popular with women. (19)Hero stories are also shown to children so the heroes must not be popular with women even though it is not natural.
(20)Even though a hero's personality is easy to like, it is better if there are a few shadows in his mind. The heroine exists to make up for these shadows.
(21)A good hero also appears to live in a peaceful era and social conditions that is really rotten inside. If the era is troubles from the beginning the story is boring since it is predictable.
Since a hero's life is ordinary and does not stand out, (22)his name is also common and does not stand out. (23)A good heroine's name is also simple. (24)In an addition, their name must express their character and appearance so that it is easy for readers to remember.
Also many people have to be saved and protected by a hero's actions. (25)If we show a little reserve here, if a hero saves more than ten million people's lives, we regard him as a hero. No matter how tremendous the things a hero has done are he is not arrogant, he does not boast, (26)and everybody speaks to him frankly as if nothing happened. (27)A proper hero instinctively dislikes arrogant people, does not like standing in front of other people, and has ideals such as equality.
(28)The story ends happily with the hero winning the battle, giving peace to the world, and hugging the heroine himself.

In reality it is a far-fetched story world. There is nobody who can fulfill half of these conditions. It is in fact a world of impossible dream like stories.
However, this was not true. There was a person who met every single one of all these impossible and fantastic conditions. That person is the main character of this book, Emperor Guangwu Liu Xiu, the founding hero of the Houhan Dynasty (BC5.1.15-AD57.3.29.)
Yes, this is not originally something written about superheroes. This is actually just a summarized description of Liu Xiu from the Book of Houhan and its annotations, which records the historical facts of China in the first century.

You can confirm the 28 conditions in the postscript.
