　Amelia Earhart was the first woman who flew across the Atlantic Ocean.
　The picture on the front cover was so lovely that I bought the book. This is a picture book for children.
　Amelia looks like a naughty boy in this boos's photos. She played like a boy, she liked sports, climbing trees and also hunted animals. She was a Tomboy.
　She worked as a nurse during WW1. The photo from that time is a bit feminine.
　She was lost in flight on July 2, 1937, the mystery of her disappearance is still unsolved.
　Since this book was a little short, I also bought the following three books about her.
